Can we Add Logo Embroidery?
Custom logo embroidery & printing are available. We support small-batch plate making.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 piece. You can place orders starting from a single kit.
How to choose fabrics and is there a big price difference?
We provide two types of cotton threads: Eco-cotton and Long-staple cotton (Egyptian cotton). All cross stitch kits share the same fabric specifications and accessories; the only difference is the embroidery thread.
Cross stitch fabric is measured by CT, which means the number of stitches per square inch. 14CT = small count, 11CT = medium count, 9CT = large count. The smaller the CT number, the larger the fabric grid. More thread strands are required to fully cover the fabric without exposing the base cloth. The larger the CT number, the smaller the fabric grid.
Can we customize patterns for cross stitch and apparel?
Yes. We support custom patterns for cross stitch kits and custom printing/embroidery for clothing. OEM & ODM services are available.

We accept small batch orders. MOQ can be flexible for both cross stitch and apparel projects, contact us for details.
What materials do you use for cross stitch and clothing?
We use high-quality thread and fabric for cross stitch. For apparel, we provide multiple fabric options with different prices for your selection.
What is the ordering process?
Send your requirements → Quotation → Sample confirmation → Mass production → Inspection & Shipment.
Who bears the shipping cost for returns and exchanges?
Return & exchange freight depends on the cause. We will negotiate and confirm with customers case by case.
